What does this PR do?
same prerequisites as #258
when --quiet, returns empty json array or empty stdout
There's not a good way to change the json output of the command since it's not an object, but an array. I was going to do
--concisebut have no good solutions to not break JSON.What issues does this PR fix or reference?
