salt.utils.dns.lookup fails with dig method on EL7 #51428

Description of Issue/Question

When salt.utils.dns.lookup executed with dig method on EL7, the following error occurs.
[WARNING ] dig returned (1): Invalid option: +noclass

Setup

(Please provide relevant configs and/or SLS files (Be sure to remove sensitive info).)
Clean install on Redhat Linux 7.6. No additional configuration.

Steps to Reproduce Issue

(Include debug logs if possible and relevant.)

$ cat <<END >lookup.py
> import salt.utils
> def run():
>     result = salt.utils.dns.lookup('google.com', 'soa', method='dig')
> END
$ salt-call lookup.run 

[WARNING ] dig returned (1): Invalid option: +noclass

@dwoz You're welcome. I'm working on it. I'm curious how the test_dig has been successful on centos7 jobs; it appears those are supposed to fail. Just firing up a fresh centos7 instance on AWS, I confirmed the +noclass is not supported there. Will take a look at this, too.
