Previous Behavior
feeBSD grains included rotational and non-rotational drives (as 'disks' and 'SSDs')
Linux grains did not include the 'disks' grain but did include the 'SSDs' grain.
New Behavior
Linux systems now list rotational disks under 'disks' grain which matches freeBSD
Tests written?
Manually tested against Salt 2015.8.7 on Debian 8.3 and CentOS 7.2
