What does this PR do?

This pull request extend modules parted with ext3 and ext4 parition type.
I would like to have a support for ext3/4 partition type, when i create a new partition.
I couldn't find a support for this in actual parted module, which I mentioned here: #45046
I tested this piece of code in my infrastructure on few hosts, and I couldn't find any problems.
I will be glad for your opinions and suggestions :) .

New Behavior

Parted will support ext3 and ext4 partition

Tests written?
