What does this PR do?

purge is now no longer an alias for 'remove' and instead removes files marked as @extra and all other configuration files too.

Previous Behavior

pkg.purge was equivalent to pkg.remove

New Behavior

pkg.purge removes additional configuration files and those which are marked as @extra in the packaging list of the package.
