Sqlite3 does not work on node 8 and above #13

Currently I cannot install cardcat when using node 8.

See this issue: TryGhost/node-sqlite3#902

for now this can be solved by npm i -g dat-cardcat --unsafe-perm, which will rebuild sqlite for linux.

i fixed this by updating sqlite to v4
