In order to work with current version of Gitlab (11.x) and python-gitlab (1.5.1) switched from gitlab.v3 to gitlab.v4.

I responded to you on twitter. I did not write UHARC. It is freeware written by Uwe Herklotz. I never had the source code. I wrote the program which makes it easy to use and it comes with all the source code that I wrote already (not for UHARC, though).

Stick to 7zip because it gets better compression on most types of data if you pass it the right options.
