The help text for sufia_import has the default mapping in the wrong order

Descriptive summary

In Sufia 7.2-migration the help text for sufia_import indicates that the default mapping is

Sufia::Import::CollectionTranslator=collection_,Sufia::Import::GenericFileTranslator=generic_file_

In reality the default is

Sufia::Import::GenericFileTranslator=generic_file_,Sufia::Import::CollectionTranslator=collection_

Since we do not want the collection translation happening before the GenericWork translation we should not show the user this output.
