Describe the bug
All Sandboxie versions after 0.9.0 / 5.51.0 won't run icq.exe without getting stuck or even crash

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the issue (since 0.9.1):

  1. Download ICQ New 10 from here: https://www.icq.com/download (select Windows 7 or later)
  2. Install it outside of the sandbox, register a phone number and activate it. Then close ICQ.
  3. Run icq.exe in a sandbox
  4. The main ICQ window will connect to your account as you were outside of the sandbox, but after a few minutes it remains stuck and you can't interact with it. Sometimes you'll receive a crash too.

Expected behavior
ICQ should work normally when run as sandboxed

System details and installed software

  • Windows 10 Pro 20H2
  • Last working version with ICQ started as sandboxed is 0.9.0 / 5.51.0. Later Sandboxie versions starting from 0.9.1 won't work fine.
  • Windows Defender

Additional context
I'm not the only one: #1147 (comment)
