Rollup no longer includes
@types/nodepackage and breaks build after an update. I am confused if the types should be regular dependencies but they were not included before so I have left them as the dev-dependencies. I will try to get rid of the nodeBufferusage in favor of standard typed array in a separate PR.Closes #65
