最近在读冯军旗博士的中县干部，对这些县乡级领导干部的级别和关系一直弄不太清楚，参考一些资料梳理一下中国的行政级别划分。
行政级别的基本图像

中国的行政机构机构及其领导的级别一般依照行政区域的级别自上而下设置，行政区划分省级、地级、县级、乡级，每一级行政机构下设有内设外管两套系统，外管指其管辖下级行政区划的机构，内设部门一般与其平级。
