Interactive task selection mode

I think it'd be nice to have CLI flags for running tasks by a multiple-choice checkbox or list.

A task could itself invoke mrm, but I imagine it might be nice out of the box.

A task might itself invoke this too, e.g., to let you choose whether to apply the mocha or jest task.
