Adjust local selections when document content is modified while its editor is closed #116

IntelliJ still tracks the local text selection when a file is closed and re-opened. Since Saros activities can change locally closed files, these tracked local selections might no longer be at the correct position if the file was modified before it was re-opened.

Solution approach:

Modify local selection at same place local annotations are moved when editor is closed during modification. The old position can be read from Editor.getSelectionModel(). The SelectionModel also offers methods to set a new selection.
