Strange behaviour of Connection configurations in ConfigurationSettingsWizardPage #456

  1. It is not possible to uncheck the "Shall your contacts see your Skype username?" checkbox if no content is in the text box beside the checkbox. (see gif below)
  2. If you change the state of the "Automatically connect to XMPP server on Eclipse startup?" you always uncheck the "Shall your contacts see your Skype username?" checkbox. (see gif below)

This patch fixes issue #456 by changing the focus logic.

In addition it no longer uses the EmptyText wrapper as this wrapper will
still show the default value if the delegate is disabled but not text
was inserted at all. In addition the default empty text was not helpful
at all. I would expect some example but it simply read "Skypename". This
is what this WizardPage asks you to insert ...
