Trying to add .NET Core with parallelization.
I'm having the following issue
System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'netstandard2.0assembly, Version=0.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null'. The system cannot find the file specified..Seems because of this dotnet/standard#481
In the meantime I decided to stop fixing and move on to something else
