As of 2.8.1, scaladoc doesn't process the @author tags. Try for instance
/** A template.
* @author The Author
invoking scaladoc by
scaladoc -d out -dependencyfile .scala_dependencies -classpath bin Foo.scala
The text was updated successfully, but these errors were encountered:
Imported From: https://issues.scala-lang.org/browse/SI-4014?orig=1
Reporter: Sonnenschein (sonnenschein)
Sorry, something went wrong.
By default, Javadoc does not print the author in generated documentation. Scaladoc replicates this behaviour.
The author can optionally be printed in Javadoc by using the -author option. This is not available in Scaladoc for the time being, but could probably be added.
