Update copyright properties to 2002-2013

Copyright properties need to be updated to 2002-2013.

Properties.scala has a default copyright string if it can't find one. Currently it says 'scalaPropOrElse("copyright.string", "(c) 2002-2011 LAMP/EPFL")'. It should say "Copyright 2002-2013, LAMP/EPFL" to be consistent with our copyright format.
