Some clean up

Update ddtrace to support ipv6: https://ddtrace.readthedocs.io/en/v1.18.3/_release_notes_all.html#relnotes-v1-8-0rc1-new-features
Remove "plugins" from bundle endpoint images. Eventually we will remove all "system" deps into the forwarder rather than baking into the user endpoint image.
Patch reqs for endpoint builds
Add logging to help with debugging endpoint builds.
