Result of gossip.spread() must not rely on sweep timeout

NOTE:
One of the consequences that ClusterTest on develop branch takes 60sec. In general, gossip-sweep-time is way too much for notifying subscriber about result. Imho better to use gossip-spread-timeout for this purpose.
