This is not really a bug nor is it a feature-request, sorry.

At https://github.com/scaleway/terraform-provider-scaleway/blob/master/scaleway/resource_lb.go#L101, I think the docstring should be updated since only one IP is used now.

I'm not sure where these strings are used but this one doesn't match the code.
