Private bittorrent community application. It is built with the Ruby language and
the Padrino framework. It is supposed to be used along with its sidekick tracker
application: http://github.com/cores/mukift.

- worth noting
  + mysql database is required as app uses specific data types and features
  + some configuration parameters are stored in the database so they can be changed 
    without restarting the app (see 'db/seeds/app_default_data.rb')
  + all app data is stored in the database, including the torrent files data
  + the bittorrent related implementations are based in the specification found at: 
    http://wiki.theory.org/BitTorrentSpecification
  + app debug messages begin with emoticons:
    :-) - ok
    :-o - out of ordinary, but most likely is the user's fault
