To consider if we could move to something like Bitwarden

I believe we could, and it would be optimal, but this would mean:

  1. Installing yet another software on our server system
  2. Explaining to people another software, making them remember another password, ecc.

I believe that, even if it is not the best solution, using the integrated Nextcloud plugin simplifies things a lot.
