Binary Arc

Binary Arc started as a quick test for the monome arc support I added to the n2ws::b firmware but after it proved to be a quite fun little CV generator I've made it into a proper sketch.

Binary Arc was inspired by the Blacet Binary Zone module. The main idea is this: imagine several very simple binary switches that can only have 2 possible values (on and off) and can only change their values at the intervals that are the binary divisions of the main clock (2/4/8 etc). When we combine them together these simple elements can add up to a much more complex sequence. Now imagine you can control their values and divisions with the monome arc encoders and that's exactly what the Binary Arc does. Still, why stop there - with Binary Arc you can also control the starting point for each switch, and all values / divisions / phase offsets can be controlled with CV.
