ScdoWallet v1.0.0 Release for Windows

Introduction

This is a binary release. To start using ScdoWallet, just download ScdoWalletSetup.exe (for Chinese) or ScdoWalletSetup-En.exe(for English), and install the wallet by running the downloaded setup file.
