Enumeration members not recognised when parent is not direct subtype of Enumeration #2215

When an enumeration member 'type' is a subclass of a subclass of Enumeration it is not displayed as an enumeration member, or as one of the Enumeration members of its parent type.

Example EvidenceLevelA which is an enumeration member of MedicalEvidenceLevel
