How to relate an audiobook to its printed couterpart

Following on from the simplification of Audiobook examples (#2232) the question has been raised (by @nicolastorzec) as to the best way to connect audiobooks to their printed counterparts.

A reasonable question and justification for the creation of a further example to be produced.
