Context - This is a proposal from Google based on our experience consuming schema.org HealthAspectEnumeration markup and working with health-related content. If it were accepted, it could (this is a tricky area...) make it easier for us and others to understand the different kinds of health aspects addressed by a piece of Web content.

https://schema.org/HealthAspectEnumeration

  1. Clarify that https://schema.org/HowOrWhereHealthAspect in the context of treatments could include locations for care, drug distribution etc.

  2. Add aspects for SafetyHealthAspect; EffectivenessHealthAspect; PregnancyHealthAspect; AllergiesHealthAspect; IngredientsHealthAspect; HowItWorksHealthAspect

Let's use #2374 's existing doc to avoid fragmenting files: https://github.com/schemaorg/schemaorg/blob/main/data/ext/pending/issue-2374.ttl
