Troubleshooting

If you can't find the solution to your problem here, check the DropBot dev list. Please search the archived messages first, but if that fails, send an email to the list and we'll be happy to help.

  1. MicroDrop fails to start after upgrading

The most common cause of this problem is an incompatible plugin. The easiest fix is to delete everything in your plugins directory (usually located at Documents\MicroDrop\plugins), then restart the application and reinstall the latest version of each plugin.

  1. MicroDrop fails to start after upgrading dmf_control_board plugin

If your version of MicroDrop is < v2.4, try updating to the latest version using the Quick start guide. If you're MicroDrop version is >= v2.4 and you are still experiencing this issue, please send an email to the DropBot dev list.
