Reconcile scijava struct forks #58
Description
KNIME Image Processing and related projects forked the scijava-struct work a couple of years back. Meanwhile, scijava-ops has now also made changes to that code. Let's try to reconcile, so that KNIME Image Processing can adopt the new scijava-ops as painlessly as possible once it is released. See also #37.
