Can`t install imbalanced-learn

I can't install pip install -U imbalanced-learn
I'm getting this error:

Anyone can help me solve this error

From the README: recent versions of imbalanced-learn and scikit-learn require Python 3.8 or later.

It should be possible to get an older version running in 3.7. Try something like this:

python --version               # Start from 3.7.15
python -m venv venv            # Create a new environment
source venv/bin/activate       # Activate it
pip install imbalanced-learn   # Tell pip to install whatever is possible
# Successfully installed imbalanced-learn-0.9.0 joblib-1.2.0 numpy-1.21.6 scikit-learn-1.0.2 scipy-1.7.3 threadpoolctl-3.1.0
