Either with:

p := wf.NewProc("p", "command {t:mytag=myval}")

... or:

p := wf.NewProc("p", "command")
p.SetTag("mytag", "myval")

... or:

p := wf.NewProc("p", "command > {o:out}")
p.SetOutWithTags("out", map[string]string{"mytag": "myval"})

... or similar.
