Prerequisite knowledge: Basic R
Dependencies (see below): R & RStudio Desktop >= version 0.99.463 (if your version is > 6 months old, this might be a good time to update)

To include:

  • using the debugger

Time permitting, we can look at:

  • using R markdown
  • setting up a project & creating your own package

Installing Dependencies

All platforms (Windows, Mac OS X, Linux)

Note that R v2 and R v3 have some tricky differences. Either will work during this lesson, but this is something to be aware of in case you hit mysterious trouble.
