fyi: I dont think there are any tests being run for Fedora in the CI |

Fedora Dockerfile was added recently and as far as I know nothing important depends on it at this moment. I think we can simply update this image to f27. Tests should be run for Fedora Dockerfile in the CI, I will create an issue to add tests immediately. |
