Exception whenever trying to call remote content from Bootstrap 3 modal #268

When trying to call remote content in bootstrap 3 modal an exception is thrown by respond.js

I have the following files

I am using IE8 and when on debug, I get the following exception:

The modal is seen, however, once the exception is raised every thing because extremely lag for a couple of seconds(like 40s).
