Add an option to support the lookup of PRs and issues, including content in the output data.
This will require cl-parse to be run in the same git repo as the changelog itself.
It should support different remotes - e.g. GitHub, GitLab, Azure DevOps etc.
Token auth may be required to make certain API calls.
