Update the buffered property returned in Flash mode to be consistent with HTML5.
Timeranges are supposed to be in seconds (http://www.w3.org/TR/html5/media-elements.html#time-ranges)

Thanks - I think this makes sense - it's interesting as it may be the first HTML5 property being added back to Flash; I'll add a comment re: seconds.

Thank you also for targeting the dev branch, you are the first person to ever get it right! :)

FYI I've reverted this and made "buffered" values always in msec, so they work with the SM2 API which uses msec regardless of Flash/HTML5 under the hood.
