Tencent weibo API not working #263

Hi. Seems like the tencent weibo API provider is not working. When trying to get the authorization url, I am getting the following message:

"Missing required parameter"

It doesn't tell you what the missing parameter is. Please help.

Without more info it's impossible to know what's going on, can you use the debug directive and see what you get?
