fix(widget): resolve pooled window recycling issues and resize loops

- Add proper state reset on window release (opacity, listeners, mouse events)
- Prevent resize loops with debouncing and interval throttling
- Reload pooled windows on reuse to ensure clean WIDGET_GET handshake
- Add 10s timeout for widget initialization with proper cleanup
- Fix TTL handling to not block widget return
- Use ref-based container to prevent React overwriting Vue DOM
- Add WIDGET_THEME channel support for theme CSS injection
- Properly cleanup Vue app on unmount to prevent multiple instances
- Add align: 'start' to scroll requests for consistent positioning
