Ability to add single feed

I have all my subscriptions on feedbase already

I subscribed to a new feed through my feedreader. But it doesn't flow back to feedbase.io unless I export opml and upload again.

Best flow would have been, subscribe to feed through feedbase.

For example feed https://ma.tt/feed doesnt exist on feedbase. When I go to http://feedbase.io/?feedurl=https%3A%2F%2Fma.tt%2Ffeed%2F it says didn't get the info for feed. Instead it would be great if it says, doesn't exist, do you like to add. Then add and subscribe. That way it flows back to my feedreader.

So a simple way to add and subscribe to a feed which is new to feedbase.io
