So, I have a .htaccess file in my sources directory. When I run "sculpin generate", everything goes fine, but that file it's not being copied to the destination directory.

Is this an expected behavior? Are there any workarounds?

Thanks in advance.

Did you happen to resolve this? I think that this is not expected behavior but I would have to try to figure out why this is happening.

I just discovered that Sculpin ignores hidden files (.*). Including in sculpin generate --watch.

I don't have time to do / test this right now, but I think we need to add ->ignoreDotFiles(false) to this part of FilesystemDataSource.

Meaning: PR's accepted! I added the easy pick label so hopefully someone can jump on this if they have some time.

@nielsonm It's working (at least for me) but its not available in sculpin yet.
Latest version available through selfupdate command is Sculpin:
Sculpin version 2.0.x-dev (v2.0.0-46-g0862cc9)
which as I believe reference to 0862cc9 and it would require update to at least cee06a4 in order to make it works.
@simensen any chance for update here? Or maybe any plan when the next version gonna be released?
