PINK: Merge of Pink Panther engine #1223

This PR adds support for the Pink Panther: Passport to Peril and Pink Panther: Hokus Pokus by Wanderlust Interactive.
The games are completable and playable.
The engine misses:

  1. menu

  2. PDA commands from Peril are not implemented

  3. ActionText is not implemented

I removed the unintended changes to flic_decoder.cpp, and it is ready to merge.

The rest of the work (lazy thumbnail loading and fall through statements) could be fixed in-tree.
