I noticed that it is not possible to turn on the numlock on sddm.config. Would it be possible to install such a thing?

PS: Translated with Google because my native language is German. ;)

It is perfectly possible to do so. It all depends on someone willing to implment it (properly) :)

Thanks for Patch, but:
Is it normal that the LED remains off (only LED, not the Numlock self) when numlock is enabled in the configuration?

@schmidicom does it work with other login managers? Does it work, if you manually turn off numlock and then start sddm-greeter --test ?

with sddm at boot:
Numlock is ON ; LED is OFF

with sddm after console login and "systemctl start sddm":
Numlock is ON ; LED is ON

with "sddm-greeter --test":
Numlock is ON ; LED is ON

with kdm at both:
Numlock is ON ; LED is ON

with various DM and numlockx:
Numlock is ON ; LED is OFF

Is the boot to fast?

Yes, probably we set numlock state too early. I don't know how to fix it now, but you can try this: https://gist.github.com/nslqqq/6161559
