CRAN check failed #28

  • Issues downloading the data still cause issues for CRAN check

Options

  1. Skip tests and examples that rely on data on CRAN. This is all tests and examples.
  2. Provide a static copy of current data, checking the WHO permissions this appears to be allowed.

  • Skipped non-essential backed tests
  • Added additional download method

If these strategies fail then will need to include a data snapshot in the package.

Assume closed for now but re-evaluate if CRAN checks continue to fail
