Odd. Please let me know what options you're using for your tweet widget, and provide a link to a tweet on twitter.com that results in this error.
I made a simple test page and stored it locally on my machine.
The error is not present when jquery.tweet.js is sourced from my machine.
But, the error is present when the same exact jquery.tweet.js file sourced from the live site (and test page stored on my machine).
Here are the settings:

I've set things up the same here, but can't reproduce the errors, at least with Chrome or Firefox on a Mac. In which browser do you see the errors?
Thanks Steve. I'm using FireFox 5 on PC. I also see on Chrome beta & IE8.
Weird. I don't really know what to suggest, which is a bit frustrating.
Ok, I will run some tests and post what I find.
The issue is on my end. The tweet plugin is working correctly.
The CMS I'm using was changing this:
... and breaking things. The solution was to store the file in the CMS in a different location.
