Add a tip to remember the switches should be placed first in the command line #163

After spending some time debugging a --boostrap switch added at the end of the command line, I've realized switches are ignored if not placed at the start of the line...

It's clearly stated in the command help, but regular unix users (like me) will easily forget this and assume switches may be passed in any order.

Please add some tip or help bubble to warn about this...

Thank you!
