Pulledpork issues

Pulledpork should be updating /etc/nsm/sid-msg.map, but instead it's currently 
updating /etc/snort/sid-msg.map.

/usr/local/bin/pulledpork_update.sh needs to be updated so that sensors will 
copy sid-msg.map from the server to /etc/nsm/sid-msg.map.

Update pulledpork menu entry to execute pulledpork_update.sh

Update Setup script final screen to include information about /etc/pulledpork/
