        echo "**********************************************"   | $LOGGER
        echo "* Upgrading from $VERSION to $NEW."               | $LOGGER
        echo "**********************************************"   | $LOGGER
        DIR="/nsm/backup/$NEW"
        mkdir -p $DIR                                           | $LOGGER
