check for other nsm_server_* scripts that need to be updated as well

Updated the following files in /usr/local/sbin/:

nsm_server_backup-config
nsm_server_backup-data
nsm_server_clear
nsm_server_del
nsm_server_edit
nsm_server_sensor-add
nsm_server_sensor-del
nsm_server_user-add

Replaced user prompt with:
SERVER_NAME="securityonion"

Added the following to security-onion-upgrade.sh:
