Keyring was accidentally included in /etc/skel/. Need to delete.

security-onion-upgrade.sh uploaded on 2011/02/23 does the following:
DIR=/etc/skel/.gnome2/keyrings
mv $DIR/login.keyring $DIR/login.keyring.old

This means that any NEW users will automatically generate their own
login.keyring.

Existing users who got the login.keyring from /etc/skel/ can manually rename
the login.keyring with the following command:
mv ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring ~/.gnome2/keyrings/login.keyring.old

The next time the account logs in, a new login.keyring will automatically be
generated.
