Hi, I'm having a problem with typing some characters in my terminal, such as ~, " and '. It happens because I'm using a EN-US keyboard with dead keys. It just won't type those characters.

OS: MacOS 10.13.2
Extraterm: v0.35.2

Keyboard and shortcuts handling will be getting some attention after the next Extraterm release.

Iv'e tested all 3 platforms which Extraterm runs on, Windows 10 and Linux work fine with dead keys and variations on the latin alphabet. Dead keys don't work correctly on macOS.
